Investments – West Region
As Managing Director of Investments for the West Region of the U.S., Mr. Chodosh helps establish the firm’s regional investment strategies and is responsible for overseeing the sourcing and execution of investment transactions throughout Southern California and the Western Regions of the United States. Mr. Chodosh has spent his entire career focused in the industrial sector, having previously held capital deployment roles at First Industrial Realty Trust and Rexford Industrial.
He is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
Managing Director, Investments – West Region
As a Managing Director for the West Region of the U.S., Mr. Pioli’s primary focus is execution of investments in Southern California, Seattle, Portland, Reno, and Salt Lake. Prior to joining WPT, he led acquisitions and development throughout Southern California at First Industrial Realty Trust (NYSE: FR). Prior to First Industrial Realty Trust, Mr. Pioli served in various acquisitions, leasing, and asset management roles at IDI Logistics, a Brookfield-owned operating company, and Terreno Realty (NYSE: TRNO). Mr. Pioli began his real estate career at Wells Fargo’s Real Estate Managed Asset Group, where he managed a portfolio of distressed industrial properties. He is a graduate of the University of San Diego, where he received a Bachelor of Accountancy.
Managing Director, Investments – East Region
Based in New Jersey, Mr. Olsen is Managing Director – Investments for the East Region of the U.S. In his role, Mr. Olsen helps set the firm’s regional investment strategies and oversees the sourcing and execution of acquisition and development investments.
Mr. Olsen has two decades of real estate experience. Prior to joining WPT, Mr. Olsen was a Principal at Ares Industrial Management (NYSE:ARES) focused on expanding the portfolio of Industrial assets in the Northeast states. Mr. Olsen has also held leadership positions at Brookfield Asset Management (NYSE:BAM), Urban Edge Properties (NYSE:UE) and Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE:VNO), where he underwrote investment opportunities and executed new developments of industrial, retail, multifamily, and office assets.
Mr. Olsen received a B.A. from Lehigh University and a Master of Architecture from Columbia University.
Senior Director,
Development & Construction
As Senior Director-Development and Construction, Mr. Fenton oversees the firm’s regional development and construction throughout Southern California and the Western Regions of the United States. Prior to WPT, Mr. Fenton served in senior development positions for CapRock Partners, Transwestern Development Company, and Stream Realty Partners, where he was responsible for leading consultants and construction teams across all facets of the development process.
Mr. Fenton is a licensed Civil Engineer. He is a graduate of the California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and received his MBA with a real estate emphasis from University of California-Irvine. Mr. Fenton served as a Captain in the US Army and was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for his actions in Afghanistan in 2012.
