WPT’s Clover Creek Logistics Center project in Puyallup, Washington, recently attained LEED Silver Certification, highlighting our commitment to sustainable and environmentally responsible building practices.
Key features of the 192,163-square-foot facility include energy-efficient MEP systems, water conservation initiatives, wetlands preservation, the use of sustainably sourced materials, measures to reduce heat island effect and light pollution, as well as the incorporation of green spaces and native landscaping.
